Scrolling ports
PostPosted: Wed Mar 26, 2008 1:40 pm     Reply with quote

Is it possible to scroll through pins outputting a high using a for loop? Is it also possible to scroll through pins checking there inputs using a for loop?

I just want to condense my code and it will also make it easier to modify for different combinations.

Map a port to a byte. How to do that in in the Common Q&A in the manual. Then use shift operations to rotate a mask which you write to the port.
