I'm new to C programing and am having a problem with displaying on a LCD. I am using a 1X16 line LCD. in 4 bit mode, and using the LCD.C
include file. Only the first 8 digit are displaying on the left. It only displays "Hello Wo " and is not displaying the whole thing "Hello
World". It is only displaying 8 character on the left and not the whole 16 characters.
Here is my code, I have included the LCD.C include file where I think the problem is, below
Please Help
Code: | void main()
{
setup_adc_ports(NO_ANALOGS);
setup_adc(ADC_OFF);
setup_spi(SPI_SS_DISABLED);
setup_timer_0(RTCC_INTERNAL|RTCC_DIV_1);
setup_timer_1(T1_EXTERNAL|T1_DIV_BY_1);
setup_timer_2(T2_DISABLED,0,1);
// TODO: USER CODE!!
lcd_init();
set_timer1(0);
lcd_putc("Hello World");
}
//////////////////////LCD.C include file/////////////////////////
