MDB protocol

Hi,
I'm working with a coin validator that uses MDB protocol.
I've a board with a 18f8722 and an MDB connector.
I also have the protocol, but i'ts very difficult for me to start form zero.
Anyone knows where I can find an example application to test both the board and the validator?

Wich coin validator are you using ?
Why have you chosen an MDB based one ?
