PCWH Quick Start
PostPosted: Sun Jul 16, 2006 5:50 am     Reply with quote

I use my old program which run well on PCM with MPLAP to test my newly purchased PCWH.

I manually created a project from the PCWH IDE:

(1) selected the device as 18f8585
(2) changed the include line of my program from 16f627 to 18f8585.

The IDE prompted me the following masage when I compiled it:

Access vialation at address 004061F0 in module 'Pcw.exe'. Read of address 00000018.

Can anyone help me on this?

Thks in advance.
Very Happy

I had that happen recently. To fix it I reinstalled PCWH. Strangely, the license files disappeared. After I put them back in the application directory, everything was OK.
