BACNET is a communication protocol comonly used in Building Automation Controls, It has been developed so equipment from different controls company can interface to each other via the bacnet communication bus. this link may help http://www.bacnet.org/.

I am searching for Bacnet protocol specification. This protocol is open, however the only documentaion i've found is 119$... Any help, links appreciated.
