PIC18F452 Development Kit (PCWH, ICD-S40) Issue

Hi,

I just purchased the development kit PIC18F452 (ICD-S40) from US and shipped it to India. We are done with the installation, and tried our first program. On compiling and debugging, we are getting an error "No response from ICD". I have gone through the Trobleshooting guide, and it's surprising I can't even see the LED flashing. Please take a look at it and help us fix the issue.

Try using the ICD control program(ICD.exe) and see if it connects to the unit.
