About I2C communication

i have used PIC 16F877 and the code is working fine the only problem i am facing is that during simulation when i give the command for an I2C write the PIC gets hanged. How do i write and read to I2C.
i have tried with the sample programs given in the HELP of the CCS compiler.
Can anyone help me on this please.

If you go to MPLAB Help for the Simulator, and search under Limitations,
you will see this:
