is it compatible with HD44780 ? does it work with ccs built-in drivers ? thank you

Ampire make all manner of LCD displays, you don't specify which one you're using.
I've used the Ampire AC162B YILY which is a 2*16 LCD and it is compatible. Like most alphanumeric LCDs it uses the generic pinout & controller.
Check the Ampire website for details of all their LCD types.
