ICD.EXE problem

With the last two releases of ICD.EXE (on Sep 3rd and Sep 13th) I get an "I/O Error 104" everytime I try to download code to the target. The ICD release on July 2nd works fine. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

Not having the IO error, but ever since I loaded the new v2.12 ICD.exe and v1.29 for the ICD-U ... I can't read my target PIC anymore. Was using v.2.07 of ICD and v1.25 for ICD-U.
