How to enter register in CCS

What is the method of entering the registers in CCS, for example, in Mplab, it is clear how to enter the register, but how do you enter this register in CCS?
For example this code:

OSTS = 1
PLLR = 0

OR When we want to address a byte in the registry ?
PCM programmer
