Hi all,

I would like to know what does the following line mean:

#device *=16 ADC=10

Use 16bit RAM pointers (means the chip can access RAM outside the first bank, but increases the size of code), and make the AD return 10bit data (otherwise you can select to 'clip' the data to 8 bits, or left justify the data to 16 bits with the bottom 6 having no significance).
They are documented in the manual, under the #device listing. If you are trying to understand CCS code, and have not got the compiler, then I suggest you download the manual.
