100 expecting declaration error

I'm doing a project that uses pic18f452 where i need to apply stopwatch application. Since i need to use ccs compiler when i compile the program but it had been showing me 100 error on expecting declaration. What should i do?

The error messages will give you the line number in the program for each
error. Post the code starting at that line number, and also post a few
lines of code that occur before that line.

Do this for the first two error messages that you get.

You should also look at the examples CCS supplies as there is a 'stopwatch' program, I think it's called 'ex_stwt.c' or something.... this is from memory.
