ESP8266 WIFI MODULE

I am doing a iot project using pic microcontroller and esp8266, i am not finding any AT commands to set ESP device as TCP client that should be connected to web server.

Go to the Sparkfun site, they have a nice table of the AT command set.

Look at the AT+CIP commands:

The ESP8266 has its own embedded 32 bit controller you can use. In a lot of cases you do not need to have a separate PIC for the application.
