Interfacing MCP3909 with PIC18F4480 ..........
any available "Driver MCP3909" , to take Data from it.

have a look at
AN1151
from microchip as
a reference hardware design is contained in it.

i think you should understand that anyone who HAS created a quality driver for this part surely did it for a commercial reason,
and not as a school project.

you should realize that a driver posted for "free to copy"
may not be tested or had a lot of effort expended.

thus it will be worth every penny you paid for it.

if this is a school project, then you have a lot of work to do.

ditto if it is for a commercial energy meter.

this is a complex chip.

a universal driver is going to be much more complicated to create than a single purpose driven one.
nobody is going to do it for fun or for free, IMHO.

what are you trying to DO with the chip?

what have you done so far in support circuitry design to move forward
with your project?

in short, what have you done to help yourself, short of ask for help,
that shows any effort you have expended.

is this for school or for REAL ?
