CCS's Ethernet 3.3v development kit telnet file example

Hi,
I looked in ccs example code and found an option built in for telnet. So I added the next line in example 13 (ex13).
Code:
#define STACK_USE_TELNET   1

and got this error:
"file can not be opened" pointing to these lines :
Code:

#if STACK_USE_TELNET
   #include "tcpip/telnet2.c"
#endif

Searched my hard drive but could not find this file.
Does anyone know how can I get it (shouldn't it be with the development kit examples)?

I don't see it either. It looks like CCS accidently left it out of the TCP/IP
package. Email support and tell them about it. Ask if they can email it
to you.

I have run into the same problem and would like to find a copy of this file. I wonder if there is a missing telnet2.h file as well?
