whether pic microcontroller is directly connected to speakjet or via pc...i have problem with writing the program for speakjet...

As it seems you are still looking for code (you started a new thread with the same question).

Did you even try searching for code yourself?
I had a quick look at the before mentioned Sparkfun website and found in the user comments 3 links to example programs. It turns out the protocol is very easy and can be written in a program of total 8 lines CCS code.

Please try for yourself. I'm not going to do your school work for you.
When you have problems, post your code and we will help you.
