How to synchronize ADS1254 with a slave PIC

Hi everybody!!!!

I have a trouble with the ADS1254 (Delta Sigma ADC). How can I generate a clock source from the PIC16F887 where the clock frequency is controlled under SPI communication with PIC18F4550 ?

If I want a specific programmable clock frequency (from 10 Hz to 1MHz)
can I set the timer0 to generate the programmable signal?

not going to happen with just an '887 -not even close .....

look at the AD9833 DDS chip - in the square wave (5v p/p) mode - for spi controlled DDS / NCO oscillator module
