How find stable average with pulsating adc reading ?

Is this remotely related to the thread "Average ADC result" you ran in January?

add a big cap to the ADC input ?
take 1024 samples/1024 ?
use 'olympic' averaging method?

without more details(signal source,PIC type,frequency,typical data) it is impossible to give you a single, correct answer.

the answer you seek lies in the details...
