MachX Windows Seven | Windows 7 x64 -Unknown Device - URGENT
PostPosted: Mon Jul 26, 2010 11:47 am     Reply with quote

Hello, I first wrote to CCS directly but one week later I don't have answer. I'm desperate. I can't make MachX work under Windows 7 x64 64 bits. The first time I run usb drivers the system attempts to recognize it, but after first restart of the system It never ever recognize it again. I've tried to uninstall the driver and install it again but nothing happend. Please help me beceause I really need this get to work and I can't get support from CCS. Thanks.

MachX

Hey splitz,

I've just installed the complete CCS system (compiler, machX) on a win7 64 bit machine. I had no issue at all.

Make sure to uninstall EVERYTHING related the CCS/MachX

Then reinstall the drivers WITHOUT inserting the MachX USB

Once you have installed everything, just plug in the USB cable to the MachX and Windows should locate the drivers just fine...

What errors do you see?

Thanks for your reply.
Actually, it works now, but only on one usb port, not on the second.
I tried to re-install the driver, but it still doesn't work on the second port, "error 10".

Does it works on both for you?
