With the zero info you provide, no code, no schematic etc, all I can
tell you is the flex driver works. That means you likely have a
connection problem. Make sure you are properly biasing the Vee pin.
Do you have a contrast pot installed for Vee?

This datasheet shows the recommended Vee voltage and the contrast
pot hookup on page 7:

and I've used that LCD before, so I know it works....
