ICD-U64 update problem

Hi There

About Three Weeks ago I have sent the following message to the CCS Support Center, but I never get answer.

While firmware updating my ICD-U64 I had a USB problem, and the update process stopped immediately.

After reconnecting the Programmer and restart of the CCS Device Programmer SW, the status line shows the word "Connected".
In the Diagnostics page the Firmware version is "ownnew" instead "2.93"
At this point a firmware update is impossible.

How can I load firmware and get my programmer running ?


I Hope somebody in this forum can help me.
