(SOLVED)Remapable pins for spi and uart
Posted: Thu Jun 30, 2011 4:54 am
Hi I am using a pic24FJ32GA004... My question is can I use any pins within the RP range for uart or spi. Or are there specific RP pins for inputs and/or outputs.
I read the data sheet but this matter is still a bit unclear to me.
From what I could tell only the and I2C for comms cant be remapped.
Please assist me with this issue.

From Microchip catalog: "The peripheral pin select configuration feature
operates over a fixed subset of digital I/O pins.
Programmers can independently map the input and/or
output of most digital peripherals to any one of these
I/O pins."
