4.122 not work

Hi all forum,

I hope that the 4,122 solve my many problems .... but ...

RIErr0040: The target device is not ready for debugging.
Please check your configuration bit settings and program
the device before proceeding.


4,121 did not get this error, I did all the normal controls ...
What should I do differently from 4,121?

problem #FUSE ?
my setup
#fuses HS,PR_PLL,DEBUG,ICSP2, NOPROTECT, PLL5, NOWDT

Had a similar problem when I accepted the latest updates. I have re-installed v4.121 and can now debug using ICD3.
