MCP3021 not working only able to read upper 4 bits

Hi there!
I make a code to comunicate with a i2c mcp3021 device.
But I am only able to read read upper 4 bits of ADC and after that it gives NAK bit on next pulse and I am not able to receive any more data.

There are many example code in this forum you can search MCP3202, MCP3204 or MCP32.
Anyway, CCS Complier provided driver in directory Driver MCP3204 and MCP3208 that work. When I adapted to MCP3202 that work fine.
