18F67J50 - Bug in v4.112 FYI

I just updated from PCH 4.109 to 4.112 and my program stopped working correctly. I am using the HSPLL fuse (which got renamed from HS_PLL). It appears that the write to OSCTUNE (F9Bh) to turn on the PLL no longer happens.

This is for an 18F67J50.

Here is the fix-

I put this in my .h file after the fuses
#byte OSCTUNE=0xF9B

I put this in main()
OSCTUNE = 0x40;
