ICD-U40 - device not recognised

I have emailed support but have not gotten a reply and its been a week.

I have everything installed and it worked fine. Then next time used comp it didn't recognize the device. So uninstall and reinstall. Didn't work, try again and mess around then works again. Now just nothing. Can't get it to work. Get error43 and error10.

I am using Win7 and at wits end. This is mental!

Today (Monday May 31) is a holiday in the US, so don't expect a reply until tomorrow at the earliest.
