Problem with PIC16F1827.h

Previously using PIC16F690, now using PIC16F1827
Complied with MPLAB, PCM version 4.038

The following errors are as shown below:

*** Error 7 "C:\PROGRA~1\PICC\devices\16F1827.h" Line 191(2,6): Invalid Pre-Processor directive
*** Error 48 "C:\PROGRA~1\PICC\devices\16F1827.h" Line 191(18,23): Expecting a (
*** Error 43 "C:\PROGRA~1\PICC\devices\16F1827.h" Line 191(0,1): Expecting a declaration
*** Error 43 "C:\PROGRA~1\PICC\devices\16F1827.h" Line 191(0,1): Expecting a declaration
*** Error 91 "C:\PROGRA~1\PICC\devices\16F1827.h" Line 192(0,1): Expression must be a constant or simple variable
*** Error 91 "C:\PROGRA~1\PICC\devices\16F1827.h" Line 193(0,1): Expression must be a constant or simple variable
*** Internal Error - Contact CCS Built in call fail, setup_adc_ports

I don't think vs. 4.038 supports the 16F1827. I deleted the 16F1827.h
file from my installation of 4.104, and then installed 4.038, and it did not
put a 16F1827.h file in the Devices directory. Therefore, it's not supported.

Sorry, that means i must upgrade my current version PCM 4.038 to 4.104, in order to run 16F1827, right?

I have PCH Version 4.104 installed in my MPLAB too, does it helps?

Possibly some earlier versions support it. But I know that vs. 4.104
does because when I re-installed it, the 16F1827.h file was put into the
Devices directory.

No, PCH is for the 18F-series PICs.
