PIC18F4550 and AD7746

Can anyone help provide a clue for programming pic18f4550 using AD7746 as the converter reading temperature and humidity simultaneously to display on a nokia 3310 LCD screen?

Any help is well appreciated, preferably if the ccs c source code can be given.
