Congratulations from me too!!!
In the past years I've learned a lot from reading PCM's posts in this forum and I hope he will continue giving support for a long time to come.
It would be a nice gesture for CCS to provide a free upgrade, then we can call you 'PCWH Programmer'??? |

I think I've been on the forum since at least 1999. That's about 10 years.
That's about 1000 posts/year which works about to about 3 posts a day.
Seems like I post more than that. |

It's not so much the quantity of the messages but the quality.
Thanks PCM. You've made quite a difference to this forum. _________________ Sergio |

I'd suspect it may actually be more than this.
When the forum was updated a few years ago, people had to change their 'ID'. I'd suspect this is actually 10000 posts _since that update_.
So you'd probably have to add something like another 50%, to get the 'real' figure, since he joined....
The great thing about PCM programmer, is that his posts have one of the highest 'accuracy' ratings here, and also he seems able to find things with the search, better than just about anyone else.
Magic.
Best Wishes |

Thanks. But I disagree. I do a lot of example or demo programs
and I like to help people with writing drivers. But, there are a lot of
aspects of PIC programming that I don't cover. Ttelmah gives very
detailed explanations of how things work. asmallri give good support
on TCP/IP topics. ckeilstra has helped a lot on MMC/SD support.
FvM helps a lot on PCD compiler issues. There are many others. |

Many thanks also from me ! You are really my reference point ! As you say, Ttelmah and so on are also the most reliable sources of information on this forum, so thanks them too. I wish you all the best. |

much respect to you PCM,
there is many people today who use CCS compilers thanks to this forum.
I hope that "trainee" programmers like me can someday give similar help here . , I wish all the best for the active members of the forum.

Ttelmah certainly wrote thousands of posts but as he is a guest we can't know the exact number. |
