DSPIC33F - Initialization of the device database failed

Hi,
I am trying to use CCS PCDIDE 4.078 compiler for DSPIC33FJ256GP710.
The compilation goes through without any errors or warnings but when I try to debug using MPLAB ICD2 the debug fails with the error
"Initialization of the device database for the requested device failed".
Could you please let me know what is the problem? Is this device supported?
The compilation and debugging works fine for PIC24FJ128GA010 though.

This is a Microchip question. Go to the ICD2 page and download the
release notes:
1) I checked if the device is supported with the existing ICD2 firmware and it does. The firmware is common to PIC24 and dsPIC. And PIC24 is working without any problems.
2) I still got the latest firmware for ICD2 and downloaded it. I tried to debug with the new firmware but I have the same problem. Debugging fails with the same error.
3) The surprising observation that I made was that when I use MPLAB IDE with CCS compiler for compiling and debugging instead of CCS IDE "everything works fine".
Now I am not sure what exactly is the problem. The code is same and compiler is same as well but debugging wouldn't start with CCS IDE.
