I am new with C programing.
I don't know what do the #define command.
I will be glad if you can help me to understand this command.

You need to study a C tutorial document. The purpose of the CCS forum
is not to teach the C language. It's purpose is to help you use the CCS
compiler after you have already learned the C language.

Here is one C tutorial. It explains the #define statement:

Please read these documents to learn C.
