CCS E-mail support problem

Hello, I am trying to contact the official CCS support by writing an e-mail to [email protected]
All I get is a reply:
You message for <[email protected]> from 2008/09/24 could not be delivered.
It's attached below.
Reason:
---------------
554 smtp; 554 5.7.1 IP Blacklisted globally
Transaction failed.

I thought the problem was caused on my site, I tried to send the email through another ISP but the problem is still the same.

Anybody experienced the same?
