I think that was one of the new chips added in 5.116/5.118

Thank you very much for your reply, I checked the supported devices list, yes, it is in the list but "devices" directory at my pc does not have the related ".h" file. my version is "5.116" |

Yes, it has only been in the last couple of versions. 5.118 has it and I think
it was there in 5.117. It's odd, since the changes list says 'added support for
latest devices' in 5.116, but doesn't mention adding any devices afterwards.
I think they meant to have these added in 5.116, but forgot to do it before
releasing the compiler, so added them silently in 5.117... :(
Given that, I'd moan at CCS very gently, and hopefully they will agree this
was a mistake, and give you a free upgrade to the version with the latest
devices. |
