CCS Load-N-Go 18F452 preserve program memory

Hello All

I would like to load a hexfile into the load-n-go for a PIC18F452.
The program range is currently selected 0x0000 - 0x7EFF.
Erase only block in hex file is selected.

I want to preserve the flash from 0x7F00 - 0x7FFF.

When selecting and programming with the load-n-go the green LED
flashes and shows that programming has failed with a red LED.

Any assistance to get this to work would be appreciated.
