How should i create the project to make this program run?
using PCWHD compiler version 4.057

You don't have to do anything.....

Assuming from your talking about 'creating a project', that you have the IDE. Just select 'file', 'new', 'source file'. Give it a name like DS1307RTC.c.
Then once this file is open in the IDE, just paste the code from the website into this. Select 'compile', and the compiler will automatically create a project for this file.
