CCSLOAD: Error: Verification Error dsPIC302012

I'm going to make dsPIC302012 move in ccs ver.5.03 ICD-U64 at present.
When I write by ccs and move, an error as CCSLOAD: Error: Verification Error goes out.

Completed hardware, the one of the writing in in PICKIT3
A case operations check is done, so I think it's no problem in hard way.

When there is a solution method, please.
