PIC12F675 - INTRC_IO with NOMCLR not allowed?

I'm new! When trying to program I get this message:

"PICkit 3 does not support programming this device if both the internal oscillator and internal MCLR are selected. You may continue programming, but you are encouraged to cancel, reconfigure your device and try again. Select OK to continue programming or CANCEL to avoid programming."

So my question is... Can I use GP3 without setting #fuses NOMCLR? I want to use #fuses #INTRC_IO but also want to use pin 4 (GP3) as an input. What am I doing wrong?

This is a Microchip issue. The Microchip forum is the best place to look.

Someone offers an explanation near the end of this thread.
It's about using the PicKit 2. Apparently the PicKit 2 has
a standalone application program (in addition to MPLAB)
that can be configured to fix the problem:

What is your Vdd voltage on the PIC ?

The VDD is 5,07 V RMS
