I2c communication problems PCF8583

I make a communication to a PCF8583 i2c, seeking information or examples of how to use this device, I found this library https://bitbucket.org/xoseperez/pcf8583/src/136e9be9be54/code/lib/PCF8583?at=master and I'm trying to import it into ccs, to use it in my project, and I created this repository https://bitbucket.org/vitronics/pcf8583-ccs-library but I can not write any PCF8583 record, I think I'm doing something wrong the communication process, if someone could just help me or show me an example of how to PCF8583_reset (), PCF8583_getTime () and PCF8583_setTime (..) is the really appreciate it ... the library will be in the public repository for anyone who needs it can use it too

There is a pcf8583 driver in the Code Library. It's easily found by using
the forum search page. http://www.ccsinfo.com/forum/search.php
