ICD-u64 Can't erase

I can only program a chip once and then it seems that the U64 and U40 can not erase the chip as it can not read the chip ID. Both of these programmers worked up to 3 days ago. All voltages are normal, Vpp = 9V, 5V, 0V and PGD,PGD = 5V, 0V when measured by setting on Diagnostics page.

I bought a MPLAB ICD3 to check and if I erase the chip with ICD3 then I can program with U64/U40, but only once because it does not read the ID after the chip was programmed.
