Hello,
I can't program the PIC16F628 with ICD3 via CCS compiler. Could anyone tell me the steps so to program. When I connect the ICD3 the icon "button" ICD is disable (in picture below).

I don't have the IDE so I can't test this, but historically one complaint was
that Microchip ICD tools only work as Debuggers in the CCS IDE, and not
as Programmers for "Release" or Standalone programs.
Are you trying to use ICD3 for debugging (single-stepping, breakpoints,
etc.) ? Or, are you trying to use it to make a program in "Release" mode ? |

I use ICD's in MPLAB with CCS all the time.
Using an ICD2/3 in CCS's PCW seems like a bad idea.
MPLAB is a free download. Consider picking it up - CCS works fine within MPLAB.
