Is there anyone can give me any information about interfacing the humidity sensor HS15P with the PIC18F2550 and displays the values in the virtual terminal (Proteus Isis+Code) ?
Please help me and thanks in advance.

This is a difficult sensor to use. It doesn't have an easy-to-use digital
interface. Do you have to use this sensor ? Can you use a different one ?

I use Honeywell HIH-5030 for monitoring humidity in a biology incubator
along with other simple, voltage based sensors for temperature and CO2 content.
Alternatively, the HIH-5030 works very well with even 10 bit pics but is exceptionally sweet and well resolved with 12Bit models - all you need is a stable 3.3 or 5 v excitation and it can be direct read.
The part you started asking about needs a LOT of analog circuitry to get any use at all.... PCM programmer has given you the straight dope:
I would NEVER set out to use the HS15 UNLESS i was on a no limits budget and had the time to fool with the design which requires at a minimum a stable oscillator circuit and a very linear detector / rectifier circuit.
