ICD-U64 Problem

ICD-U64 problem: I can't debug through picc compiler 4.114, but when I load my program through ccsload, it runs smooth and causes no problem.

I'm getting error continuously when debugging, why ? In diagnosis section, I fulfill all parameters but it is not making good for me.

The Device ID doesn't match the selected target. Help.
