RCFGCAL register how to set on CCS

Good morning everyone ~
I have a RTC issue want to ask ~
PIC : PIC24FJ128GA106
CCS Version : PCD 4.105
----------------------------------------------------------------
I connected the oscillator in the Pin 47,48 and use oscilloscope to monitor wave.
But the SOSCO can not work !!

How can I set that "RTCEN" as 1 that use CCS ?
If RTCC module want to work that I should set "RCFGCAL" register.
But now I can not do.

My .h file parameter follow as
Code:

#FUSES FRC                      //Internal Fast RC Oscillator
#FUSES NOOSCIO             //OSC2 is clock output


and my .c file set follow as
Code:

#byte RCFGCAL = 0x0626
Bit_Set(RCFGCAL,1);
