ICD2 with CCS

Hi. I am using ccs compiler 4.093 and I am using ICD2 with this.
It work well with debugging.
The problem is I am unable to use ICD2 as a Programmer.
Every time it connects it start debugging.
Please help.

According to this thread, the Microchip ICD2 can only be used for
debugging with the CCS IDE (PCWH, etc.), and not as a programmer:

If so, ask CCS how it goes. For the time being, you may want to use Microchip MPLAB for programming. You also get a great simulator and a means to check CCS fuses settings against the manufacturer specification. It's useful in case of doubt.

anyone has its solution please.. i want to use ICD2 as a programmer in CCS.. as mention in this page..
