ccs doesn't work

hello
When I open PIC C Compiler I get this error

First, I'd delete all files/folders on the PC and do a 'clean ' installation.

Second, goto CCS C website, check any 'help/info' areas there.

Third, if that doesn't help then

Contact CCS, be sure to include the
all software info and your user ID number !
