Can't Debug using CCS3.249 with ICD-U64

I'm using version 3.249 PCWH with a recently purchased ICD-U64. Using CCS load I can connect to the debugger, and connect with the attached target. In CCS Load everything appears normal and I can load code and it appears to run. Software in CCS Load reports software 4.025 (is that a problem?), firmware: v 2.83, Hardware Rev 2.

I just can't connect to the debugger from PCWH. Window at the bottom of the debugger window in PCWH says "ATTACHING" and the PC hangs and has to be rebooted.

Really frustrating and I appreciate the help!
