pulse signal generator, help?

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to write a pulse signal generator in CCS C. This generator will start with a button press and pulse has characteristics like 200us HIGH, 9800us LOW, means in otherwords it has 100Hz frequency. And also pulse will stop after 30 minutes.

I tried some solutions but I can not set the correct timing. Please help.
