Files created on SD card can not be recognized by Windows OS

I have used CCS sample example to create a file on SD card. The function returns good to do that. However, I could not find anything on SD card if I insert this SD card into card reader connected to my PC.
Is this a bug of FAT32 lib provided by CCS??

In my experience the FAT32/SDCard routines which come with the CCS compiler are totally broken and unusable. I don't know why. Maybe they were written for an older compiler version and never updated? Or maybe they only work properly with the CCS demo board?
At any rate, I have had much better luck with the routines from Brush Electronics.
