RTOS for PIC24 and DsPIC

I found this compiler after a search on the net for an rtos system for dspic33. After I downloaded the demo version and read the documentation, the rtos system built in this compiler is very interesting. I cannot test a simple program because the demo version does not include dspic33.
But after some other search on this forum I have found this post:

Where seems the rtos does not work for pic24/dspic.
Can anyone tell me it it is true?
Is the RTOS usable for PIC24/DSPIC chips?
