simple infrared communication?

I need a very simple code for infrared communication. (TSOP34838)
I want to make a transmitter and receiver circuit. Transmitter will send a simple command and receiver side will open a relay with this command.

It seems very easy but I don't know what should i do for this issue. I see very big codes for infrared but i don't have space for this grabbers, decoders or etc. What i need is very simple.

I search for this in CCS C but without success. I found very nice examples for other languages but not for CCS C.

Do you have any suggestion ?
